How do I install the strap?

In most cases the installation is very simple with standard spring bar tools and/or tweezers that are widely available online (e.g. amazon). Zolo® is currently not selling the tools but stay tuned for future updates!

What is the quality of Zolo® straps?

Zolo® Straps focuses on high-end luxury straps made from the highest quality of rubber. Many straps are offered in FKM Rubber, which is one of the highest quality rubber available, known for its excellent performance and durability.

Are the straps compatible with my watch?

Please check the description of each product to ensure that the strap is for the exact model of your watch.

Order Status

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Alternatively a shipment notification will be emailed to you upon making the order.

Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. We aim to ship all orders placed Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Due to logistical reasons an order cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. If you would like to add to your order, please place a new one.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay.

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping of orders of 2+ straps.

How do I return my product?

We ship worldwide. Please select your country during the check-out.

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?

For orders shipped outside the UK, you are responsible to pay any applicable duties and taxes, which vary from country to country and are not included in the final price. These charges are determined by customs of the destination country.

How do I use a coupon?
