How do I install the strap?

Installing your Zolo strap is straightforward and takes under 5 minutes. You'll need a standard spring bar tool or fine-pointed tweezers, both widely available on Amazon. Simply compress the spring bars on your existing strap to release it, then insert the spring bars of your Zolo strap into the lug holes on your watch case. Apply light pressure until you hear a click on both sides. If you need further help, contact us at contact@zolostraps.com.

What is the quality of Zolo® straps?

All Zolo straps are crafted from premium materials selected for each watch model. Most straps use FKM fluoroelastomer rubber — the same material used in aerospace and motorsport engineering — chosen for its exceptional resistance to heat, sweat, saltwater and UV. Our Patek Philippe Nautilus straps use luxury liquid silicone for an ultra-refined finish. Every strap is precision-engineered for a flush, gap-free fit on your specific watch model.

Are the straps compatible with my watch?

Order Status

How do I track my order?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order. Alternatively a shipment notification will be emailed to you upon making the order.

Has my order shipped?

Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status. We aim to ship all orders placed Monday - Friday within 24-48 hours.

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Due to logistical reasons an order cannot be amended or cancelled once placed. If you would like to add to your order, please place a new one.

What are the payment options?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal, as well as Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Shipping

How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
We offer complimentary worldwide shipping of orders of 2+ straps.

How do I return my product?

Pricing and Billing

Do I have to pay sales tax?

For orders shipped outside the UK, you are responsible to pay any applicable duties and taxes, which vary from country to country and are not included in the final price. These charges are determined by customs of the destination country.

How do I use a coupon?
